About the Job
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Primavera Scheduler with deep technical expertise in Primavera P6 to support program-wide scheduling and resource-loading initiatives. This role focuses on improving schedule accuracy, transparency, and execution across multiple concurrent projects through disciplined resource and cost modeling.

A successful prototype is already in place. This role operationalizes and scales that effort within internal planning systems. In short, this is not theoretical work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed resource and cost loading in Primavera P6 on a program-wide master schedule.
  • Align project timelines with available labor, material, and equipment capacities.
  • Support what-if scenario planning, workload balancing, and resource prioritization.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and identify resource constraints early.
  • Provide visibility into resource demand across concurrent projects.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, discipline leads, and Project Controls to validate schedule inputs.
  • Maintain accurate, transparent, and audit-ready scheduling data and reports.
  • Advanced, hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
  • Proven expertise in resource loading and cost loading within Primavera P6.
  • Experience managing program-level or portfolio-level master schedules.
  • Strong working knowledge of schedule logic, critical path, and forecasting techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large, complex, multi-project environments.
  • Direct collaboration experience with Project Managers and Project Controls teams.
  • Ability to translate project inputs into accurate, actionable scheduling data.
  • Experience identifying and resolving resource bottlenecks and capacity conflicts.

Requirements:
  • Advanced, hands-on Primavera P6 experience, not read-only or reporting use.
  • Proven resource loading AND cost loading experience within Primavera P6.
  • Direct ownership of program-level or portfolio-level master schedules, not single-project only.
  • Strong command of schedule logic, critical path method (CPM), and forecasting techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform what-if scenario planning and workload balancing in P6.
  • Experience operationalizing scheduling initiatives beyond pilot or prototype stages.
  • Background in public infrastructure, utilities, or large capital programs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to support leadership decision-making.
