Provide advanced user support, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Maintain backup procedures and cross-training materials to support continuity of critical billing and customer service processes.
Provide backup operational support, including billing-cycle readiness, batch processing oversight, exception resolution, prioritization, and escalation within authorized responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

Three or more years of progressively responsible experience supporting CIS or similarly complex enterprise business applications.
