Administrative Assistant / Records Coordinator.

Location: Culver City, CA.
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite.
Duration: 6-Month Contract.
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy office environment with document control, records management, filing, and administrative support functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing physical and electronic files, maintaining documentation standards, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities:

Organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic filing systems.
Perform document control and records management activities.
Ensure documents are filed accurately and in compliance with company procedures.
Scan, upload, index, and retrieve records as needed.
Assist with auditing files for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records.
Support general administrative and office operations.
Assist with data entry, tracking logs, and record retention processes.
Respond to internal requests for documents and records.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of administrative, office support, records management, document control, or related experience.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Experience maintaining filing systems and managing large volumes of documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience supporting Human Resources, Compliance, or Administrative departments.
Experience working with confidential employee or company records.
Background in document control, records retention, or compliance-driven environments.

Additional Requirements:

Must be local to the Culver City area.
Must be available to work onsite full-time.
Must be able to commit to a 6-month contract assignment.
